@heyfraulirio with @get_repost ・・・ I was in a really good mood and felt like giving so I made a solid for @bgf_lirio ❤ hash browns, half an English muffin, protein pancakes using @danalinnbailey @runeverythinglabs (iced coffee flavor 😋) and a tbsp of @hankspbs (sponsor me and my pb needs please 🤗) and and a quick egg/egg white scramble. This honestly only took me about 10 min to make and wound up somewhere around 15g F/50g C/40g P. If I could meal prep and train for my clients (or loved ones) I think my life would be complete.
